Hey, we want to make your life easier, but sometimes the budget just doesn’t allow for full-service treatment. We got you.

This is the option where we find your dream location and plan all the deets… BUT then send you off with all the contacts, vendors, and timelines so your team can execute on-site.

This is the happy medium between NOT having to do all the work AND collecting all the rewards (aka pats on the back).

Our global search engine of venues, transportation, and activities are at your full disposal without the headache of doing it all yourself. We totally get how time-intensive finding the right vendors in another city can be. Let us do the hard work for you… lift you up, and make you look good.

Full-service retreat planning

Did you say full service?

That means we’ll handle every… single… detail.

We put together venue options around the world that meet your criteria. Our team plans every single detail to the final minute (which includes all the fun stuff) AND we are on location to make everything work together so you don’t have to worry about a single minute, meal, adventure or answer a million questions (that have usually already been answered, but no one listens… why does no one listen 🤪!)

We know how hard it can be to bring your team together AND worry about if the food is out on time or the transfer busses are arriving… we’ve got your back!

Most of our clients prefer this service so they can actually enjoy their retreat too… plus we’re really good at spoiling your team so it’s totally worth it.
